FIM Singular IX

Investment of the fund’s resources in the acquisition and development of a luxury condominium located in the region of Trancoso/BA. The fund is operated together with experts and partners for the construction and sale of the land plots located in the condominium.
The Fund is intended to receive investments from shareholders classified as qualified or professional investors, as the case may be, provided that, within the scope of the Restricted Offering, the Senior Shares will be subscribed and paid-up exclusively by professional investors, notwithstanding the term set forth in Article 13 of CVM Instruction No. 476/09. The fund is a closed-end fund.
